Two employees, Zhao Yue and Ma Zixin, showcased solid foundational skills and an exquisite craftsmanship spirit, successfully advancing to the top six, earning the titles of "Xi'an Technical Expert" and "Xi'an Technical Model." They also received corresponding vocational qualification certificates for the second level/technician in their respective professional categories.

This competition aims to earnestly implement a series of important directives on skilled personnel work, deeply promote the "Artisan's Ingenuity" plan, guide the youth to carry forward the spirit of craftsmanship, create a social atmosphere of skill development and contribution, and inspire the youth to excel in their positions and strive for excellence.

Adhering to an attitude of "seriousness, diligence, fairness, and accuracy" and to ensure the competition is "fair, just, and open," the organizing committee invited top industry experts to serve as judges. Shengmeng, as a leading brand in the national beauty chain industry, was specially invited by the competition committee for the beauty and hairstyling category. Dong Jing, head of the Xi'an training department, attended and served as a judge for this beauty and hairstyling competition.

The competition consisted of preliminary and final rounds, combining theory and practical skills. The preliminary round took place on September 15, with over a hundred participants competing fiercely on-site.

Six representatives from our company participated in the competition, standing out among the competitors in the preliminary round and smoothly advancing to the finals.

After the intense preliminary round, the finalists returned to the competition venue on September 26 for the ultimate showdown. With a whistle blow, under the joint witness of the expert judging panel and the competition organizing committee, each participant confidently showcased their professional skills and talents.

In a moment of glory, after the theoretical and practical rounds, two colleagues from Shengmeng achieved second and sixth place, respectively, in this competition!
